Isabella Fernández Klimek

Isabella Fernández Klimek co-founded XiliNat in 2018 and has been with the company since then. Prior to XiliNat, they worked as an R&D assistant at Sabormex S.A de C.V from June 2017 to January 2018.

Isabella Fernández Klimek began their education in 2013 at Universidad de las Américas Puebla, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniería de Alimentos. Isabella completed their studies in 2018. In the same year, Isabella attended Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, specifically the Facultad de Química, to obtain a diploma in Aditivos Alimentarios. This program lasted for one year, ending in 2018.
