Sean Ring

Sean Ring has a diverse work experience. Sean most recently worked at Xilio Therapeutics, Inc. as the Vice President of Commercial Strategy and Planning since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Global Commercial Operations at AVROBIO from March 2020 to January 2022. Sean also has experience at Editas Medicine, where they held various roles including Vice President of Market Development and Product Management, Head of Executive Team Operations, and Senior Director of Global Commercial Market Development from 2016 to 2020. Before Editas Medicine, they worked at Zafgen as the Head of Commercial Services and Analytics from 2015 to 2016, and at Cubist Pharmaceuticals as Senior Director of Commercial Decision Support in 2014. Sean started their career at Shire in 2006, where they held multiple roles including Senior Director of US Patient Services and Commercial Operations, Director of US Patient Services, Director of North America and Asia Pacific Commercial Operations, and Associate Director of Commercial Operations. Sean began their professional journey at Biogen Idec as a Senior Business Analyst from 2002 to 2006.

Sean Ring completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Westfield State University from 1993 to 1997. Sean then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business from 2006 to 2009.
