Milko Wijckmans

Milko Wijckmans has extensive work experience in various managerial and executive roles. Milko is currently the Co-Owner & CEO of Xilloc since July 2021 and also serves as the Managing Director of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Directeur MCC Installaties BV en Fabri Projectontwikkeling BV from April 2019 to January 2021. Milko also served as an Interim Manager at Alhako aluminiumindustrie B.V. from December 2018 to March 2019. From July 2011 to December 2018, Milko held the role of Executive Vice President Financial Solutions at DLL, where they successfully grew and excelled in various business units. Milko also held other positions at DLL, including Senior Vice President from April 2009 to June 2011 and Vice President from August 2008 to March 2009. Prior to DLL, Milko worked at Rabobank Venlo e.o. as the Directeur Bedrijven & Private Banking from June 2004 to July 2008. Milko also had a significant tenure at Rabobank Groep, where they held various roles, including Interim General Manager from November 2000 to May 2004 and Senior accountmanager from September 1997 to October 2000. Milko started their career at FMN Finance as a Senior Relationship Manager from July 1996 to August 1997. Milko also worked at Van Lanschot as an Account Manager Bedrijven from July 1994 to June 1996 and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an Account Manager Bedrijven from August 1991 to June 1994.

Milko Wijckmans attended Nyenrode Business University from 2016 to 2017, where they engaged in the Nyenrode Commissariscyclus without pursuing a specific degree. In 2013, Wijckmans also briefly attended London Business School for a Senior Executive Program. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1991, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Tuinbouw at Agrarische Hogeschool. Lastly, before entering higher education, Wijckmans completed VWO (Voorbereidend Wetenschappelijk Onderwijs) at Philips van Horne College in 1986.
