Currently serving as a Project Manager at Xinyi Glass since December 2017, Will is overseeing a $400 million new glass plant project in Southwestern Ontario, encompassing over 20 buildings across a total area of 1.2 million square feet. Prior to this role, Will worked as a Project Assistant at Group Banff Construction Inc. from December 2016 to June 2017, where responsibilities included the coordination and administration of construction projects. Earlier experience includes a position as Site Supervisor at China State Construction Engineering Corp. Ltd., where Will managed a $600 million luxury hotel project in suburban Beijing. Will holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Management from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from China University of Mining and Technology.
