Ravi Tandon

Ravi Tandon has a wealth of work experience, starting with a Research Intern at Adobe in 2010. Ravi then moved to the University of New Hampshire in 2011, where they worked as a Research Intern. In 2012, they became a Software Developer Engineer at Flipkart, where they developed backend APIs, a framework for securing backend services, and a framework for testing and reporting the coverage of APIs. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Staff Software Engineer at ThoughtSpot, where they led the design and implementation of the company's proprietary search engine. In 2020, they became a Technical Lead at Spotnana, leading a team of 15 engineers. In 2022, they became a Co-Founder and CEO at DecoverHQ, and also began working as a Software Engineer at Xip.

Ravi Tandon completed their Bachelor's of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati between 2008 and 2012. Ravi then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Computer Science at Princeton University, which they completed in 2015.
