Nicoelle Jolly

Nicoelle Jolly has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nicoelle is currently working as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Exeltis and Xiromed since January 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Exeltis, including Director of Human Resources from February 2017 to present, Director of Human Resources from October 2013 to present, and Human Resources Manager- SHRM-CP from October 2013 to February 2017. Nicoelle also worked as the Human Resources Director at Xiromed, LLC from October 2013 onwards.

Nicoelle Jolly attended the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu from 1999 to 2003, where they studied Studies. During the same period, they also completed the International Baccalaureate and obtained a High School Diploma in Zagreb, focusing on Psychology and Biology.

In addition to their formal education, Nicoelle Jolly received a certification in "Negotiating in a Virtual World" from Kellogg Executive Education in August 2021.
