Sunny Khurana

Sunny Khurana has a vast and varied work experience that spans over multiple industries. Starting in 2003 with Sanofi-Aventis, Sunny worked as the Manager of Finance-NA Commercial Operations. During this role, they led the Finance integration team during the merger of Sanofi and Aventis, managed a significant amount of sales and operating expenses analysis, and coordinated budgeting and strategic planning.

In 2008, Sunny joined Novartis Consumer Health as the Site Controller & Head of Finance for Lincoln Manufacturing and Third-Party Operations. Sunny was responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Novartis' manufacturing facility in Lincoln, Nebraska, and managing the third-party contract manufacturing. Sunny successfully restarted the production site and delivered substantial net sales across Novartis' product network.

Sunny then transitioned to the role of Manager of Finance for the US Digestive Health & Stretch Brand Portfolios at Novartis Consumer Health. Sunny served as the financial lead for the franchise, managing a significant amount of sales and marketing spend. During their tenure, they drove financial initiatives that led to sales growth and increased profitability.

In 2015, Sunny moved to Sandoz, where they held two executive roles. First, as the Executive Director of US Biosimilar and Retail GX Portfolios, they partnered with senior brand executives and created proactive performance strategies to achieve sales and profit goals. Later, as the Director of Finance-NA Performance Management, Sunny provided financial reporting and analysis for Sandoz's $4 billion North America business, leading the divestment efforts of a $1 billion portfolio.

Sunny's next career move was to Novartis Oncology in 2022, where they started as the Executive Director of Finance & CFO-a.i. for US Oncology Business Planning, Digital, and BD&L. Sunny played a crucial role in reinvigorating launches, driving business development, and increasing licensing deals. Sunny later served as the CFO ad interim and successfully led the US Finance team to achieve double-digit sales growth.

Finally, Sunny's most recent role is the Senior Director of Finance and Accounting at Xiromed, LLC, which they started in 2023. In this position, they manage financial functions, analysis, reporting, cash flow, and all accounting for the organization. Sunny also conducts due diligence, identifies growth opportunities, and optimizes financial performance. Additionally, they handle external audits, tax advisement, staff benefits, and delivers impactful presentations utilizing their strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
