Susan Stipic Ryan

Susan Stipic-Ryan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Susan started their career at Bristol Myers Squibb as an Associate Director/Resource Manager, where they gained experience in setting budgets, sales quotas, and market share analysis. Susan then moved on to Procyte Corporation, where they served as the Vice President of Sales, responsible for managing a sales force and negotiating contracts with key doctor groups.

Susan's next role was at Hi Tech Pharmacal as a National Account Manager, where they handled account management for generic liquids and ointments, including key accounts such as Walmart and Walgreens. Susan then joined Kremers Urban as the Director of National Accounts, overseeing the management of all company accounts and achieving significant revenue growth through operational improvements.

After that, Susan worked at Amneal Pharmaceuticals as the Director of National Accounts, responsible for managing a portfolio of over 100 SKUs and successfully launching 85 new generics. Most recently, they joined Xiromed, LLC as the Vice President of Retail Sales, focused on expanding the company's footprint and growing its market share in the United States.

Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and a track record of successfully managing accounts and driving revenue growth.

From 1986 to 1989, Susan Stipic-Ryan attended Seattle Pacific University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
