Selina Weinberger is the Head of Mentoring (Community Lead) at XITASO since October 2021. Selina has a background in Talent Development, with experience in optimizing internal mentoring systems and promoting employee engagement. Selina has also worked in personal development at ThokkThokk GmbH & Co. KG and Lidl Vertriebs-GmbH & Co. Kg, where Selina focused on innovative salary systems and digital training events. With a Bachelor's degree in Management Sozialer Innovationen, Selina is currently pursuing a Master's in Wirtschaftspsychologie - Business Coaching & Beratung at Hochschule für angewandtes Management. Prior to their current roles, Selina worked as a Nachhilfelehrerin for various subjects and school types.
