Levan L

Levan L is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer at XITE since August 2021. In this role, Levan has implemented the Data Protection Project with a Privacy-by-Design approach, ensured compliance, managed interns, and drafted multiple policies and data processing agreements for the US and EU markets. Previously, Levan worked as Legal Counsel and Privacy Officer at Factris, focusing on GDPR compliance, and was a co-founder of Agri România, an online agricultural marketplace. Levan also held several leadership roles, including Founder and Vice Chairman of A.L.F.A. Amsterdam Law & Finance Association, and has a strong foundation in law, having obtained a Master of Laws in Law and Finance from the University of Amsterdam.
