Ondrej Spisiak

Ondrej Spisiak has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ondrej started their career as an intern in the marketing department at T-Mobile SK in 2009. Following this, they worked at Henkel as a Business Analyst and later as a Senior Business Analyst from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2018, Ondrej Spisiak worked at Siemens, initially as a Business Analyst/SQL Developer and later as an IT Project Manager. In 2018, they joined xitee k.s., where they held multiple roles including IT Project Manager, IT Pre-Sales Manager/Solutions Architect, Business Unit Director, Solutions Architect, and currently serves as the Head of Architecture and Software Design.

Ondrej Spisiak earned their Ing. degree in Management and Marketing from Univerzita Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici between 2004 and 2009. Ondrej has also obtained several certifications, including TOGAF 9 Certified, Certified ScrumMaster, ITILFV3, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and others, from various institutions such as The Open Group, Scrum Alliance, Coursera, Microsoft, and more.
