Doug Mawdsley

Doug Mawdsley has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Doug began their career in 1981 as an Electronic Test Engineer at Racal Radar Defence. Doug then worked as a Senior Technician Engineer at Racal Defence Electronics from 1983 to 1989. Following that, they joined ZED Instruments as a Field Service Engineer from 1989 to 1993 before moving on to Súgravo International as a Production Manager from 1993 to 1994. Doug returned to ZED Instruments in 1994 and held various roles such as Sales Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Manager until 2004. During their time at ZED Instruments, they played a key role in expanding the business globally, particularly in Japan. In 2004, they joined Lüscher Flexo Ltd as a Product Manager until 2006. Doug then became the Director of Sales at Advanced Flexo Technology from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they founded EyeDirect and served as its owner until 2011. From 2010 to 2011, Doug worked as an Area Manager at Interflex UK Ltd., where they focused on business development sales and key account management. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Xitron as the Sales Manager EMEA.

Doug Mawdsley pursued their education at GCE O where they studied Electronics and Communications, English Language, English Literature, and Mathematics. Doug obtained a BTEC degree with distinctions in all subjects. No further information regarding their education history is available.
