The Company is engaged in the provision of mobile phone services and offering various types of telecommunication products and services such as voice, short message service (SMS), data and other value-added mobile telecommunication services. In addition, it also provides leased lines, rental of telecommunication towers, Internet service provider and national roaming service. The Company has three subsidiaries, namely GSM One (L) Ltd., GSM Two (L) Ltd., and Excelcomindo Finance Company B. V. On April 8, 2014, the Company announced that its merger with PT Axis Telekom Indonesia has been completed, with the Company as the surviving entity.
