The Company has three subsidiaries, namely GSM One (L) Ltd., GSM Two (L) Ltd., and Excelcomindo Finance Company B. V. On April 8, 2014, the Company announced that its merger with PT Axis Telekom Indonesia has been completed, with the Company as the surviving entity.
