Alberto Villalobos Perez

Alberto Villalobos Perez has a diverse work experience spanning from 1991 to 2019. Alberto Villalobos served as the Vice President, Department Head, and Business Acquisition Development at XL Construction starting from March 2019. Prior to this, they were a Public Director on the AIA SF Board of Directors from November 2019. Alberto also held a leadership role as Vice President and Western Region PMCM Business Line Leader at AECOM from May 2016 to December 2018. Alberto Villalobos served as a Board Member and Community Outreach Director on the Northern California CMAA Board for Construction Management Association of America from September 2011 to December 2018. Alberto worked as a Principal and Outside Sales Executive at Jacobs from June 2013 to May 2016. Before that, they held various leadership roles at Parsons Corporation from 2002 to 2012. Alberto has also worked in construction management and superintendent roles at Triton and LCAC Inc. respectively. In addition, they gained professional experience as a Minor League Pitcher for the New York Yankees from 1991 to 1993.

Alberto Villalobos Perez obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Ohlone College from 1989 to 1991, focusing on General Education. Alberto also completed their high school education at John F Kennedy High School in Fremont, California. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Delta 3 Leadership & Managerial Training from Delta 3 in September 2012, Dale Carnegie Certification from Dale Carnegie 12 Week Certification Course in June 2010. Alberto also has an approved CCM (Certified Construction Manager) application in progress for test preparation and has participated in the Parsons Project Management Certification Program.
