Andrew Millstein (Andy)

Andrew (Andy) Millstein is a Project Engineer at XL Construction since September 2022, with previous experience as an Estimator at GCI General Contractors and as a Project Engineer for Specialties at Magnum Drywall, Inc. Andy has also served as a Field Coordinator at BCCI Construction Company, Inc. and a Project Manager at Premier Recycle Company. Early in the career, Andy worked as a Barista at Starbucks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from San Jose State University, earned between 2013 and 2017, following graduation from Chaffey High School in 2013.
