Tim Johnson, LEED AP BD+C, has over 40 years of experience in project management and engineering. Since April 2000, Tim has served as Project Executive at XL Construction, a prominent Bay Area general contractor specializing in complex projects for commercial and industrial clients. Previously, Tim held the role of Senior Project Manager at the same company, overseeing projects from preconstruction to completion, including budget and subcontractor management. Prior to XL Construction, Tim worked as a Project Manager at Quasar Engineering, where responsibilities included leading design and construction processes for technical projects. Tim began the career at Air Systems as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager, managing mechanical system installations. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
