Eric Raff

Eric co-founded XL Construction in 1992 with Dave Beck. He is a champion of XL’s commitment to building to improve lives. The company’s focus on projects that serve humanity, being a great partner, and delivering excellence in customer service and satisfaction are driven by Eric’s constant encouragement and support.

Along with serving as Executive Chairman, Eric stays actively involved in projects and is known for being available and approachable.
