Gabriella Boneso

Gabriella Boneso is a seasoned talent acquisition specialist currently employed at XL Construction since April 2020. In this role, Gabriella assists the Talent Acquisition Manager with all levels of recruitment, fosters relationships with department managers and candidates, and leads the college recruiting program. Previously, Gabriella served as a Recruiting Coordinator at Shutterfly, Inc., where responsibilities included scheduling executive-level interviews and managing the employee referral program. Gabriella's career also includes internships in human resources and marketing at XL Construction and a vital role as an administrative intern at Sonoma State University.
