Heidi Homma

Heidi Homma is an experienced project manager with a background in construction and coaching synchronized swimming. Currently serving as a Project Manager at XL Construction since September 2024, Heidi previously held roles at Herrero Builders, where project management encompassed projects valued between $200k and $17MM, and at Rudolph and Sletten, overseeing various engineering aspects of a large corporate campus. In addition to a robust construction career, Heidi has been the Lead Coach for the San Francisco Merionettes since August 2017, focusing on training and choreography for synchronized swimming. Heidi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California, earned in 2016.
