Julio Cesar Alvarez-Zesati

Julio Cesar Alvarez-Zesati is an experienced estimator and cost engineer with a strong background in landscape project management. Currently serving at XL Construction since October 2021, Julio holds positions as an estimator, senior cost engineer, and cost engineer. Previously, Julio managed the estimating department at Jensen Landscape from July 2018 to September 2021, where leadership responsibilities included overseeing six direct reports and conducting weekly strategy meetings. Julio's experience encompasses project estimation and management for both commercial and residential landscape projects at various companies, including K&D Landscaping, Green Environment Landscape, and others, demonstrating a diverse skill set in cost estimation and project execution. Educational qualifications include three associate degrees from Cabrillo College in Construction Management, Liberal Arts, and Criminal Justice.
