Katherine Cook (Katie)

Katherine (Katie) Cook is an experienced Assistant Project Superintendent currently at XL Construction since March 2022, with a prior role at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. from February 2018 to February 2022 where Katherine (Katie) also served as a Project Engineer. Academic involvement at the University of Wisconsin-Madison included developing engineering course materials as a Course Developer and Student Assistant, and aiding over 120 freshmen through the design process in a semester-long project. Cook held various project engineer internships with McCarthy Building Companies, The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, and J.H. Findorff & Son Inc., gaining hands-on experience in construction project coordination and engineering processes. Cook earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2017.
