Tamera Rouse

Tamera Rouse is an experienced construction professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and an Associate of Science in Pre-Engineering from Des Moines Area Community College. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at XL Construction since August 2019, Tamera’s prior experience includes a role as a Construction Manager Student at Iowa State University and a Field Engineer and Quality Intern at Bowen Engineering Corporation. Tamera's career began with supervisory responsibilities at Little Caesars Pizza, ensuring compliance with health standards, and included hands-on work as a Crew Member at Milam Concrete and Construction, Inc. Tamera also contributed to DMACC Volleyball as a manager, organizing equipment and managing statistics.
