Alison Beardwood

Alison Beardwood is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently leading London Market Solvency II deliverables at XL Insurance since August 2011. Prior to this role, Alison spent over 25 years at Royal Bank of Scotland Group, where responsibilities varied from managing the Finance and Risk Transformation Programme to overseeing multiple project management roles across payment systems and international banking. Earlier career highlights include positions at BUPA as a Lead Analyst Programmer and at Blue Circle as a Trainee Programmer. Alison holds a BSc Hons in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
