Jeff Sutton

Jeff Sutton has over twenty-three years of experience in the refinery and petrochemical industry, specializing in human resources management and employee retention. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at XL Industrial Services, Inc. since January 2012, Jeff is responsible for Health Safety and Environmental duties and has successfully reduced health care costs through strategic program changes. Prior to this role, Jeff held several positions at STARCON International, Inc., including Director of Employment and Retention, where responsibilities included guiding HR functions and collaborating with leadership to cultivate a high-performance culture. Jeff's extensive background encompasses HR generalist functions such as recruitment, staff development, conflict resolution, and legal compliance. Educational credentials include an AS in Business Management from Joliet Junior College and an AS in Business Management from San Jacinto College.
