Leslie Dunn is currently the Manager of Service Delivery at XL.net. Prior to this, they were the Supervisor of the Enterprise Help Desk at D&W Fine Pack from May 2014 to March 2018, where they oversaw day-to-day support activities and provided high-level support for local and remote users. Leslie was also responsible for implementing the Enterprise Help Desk, including recruitment, training, and day-to-day management of Help Desk staff. In addition, Leslie was the project manager for multiple IT-related projects, which included moving the company to SharePoint, O365, Skype, OneDrive, Network Upgrades, and Printer Refresh. Prior to their time at D&W Fine Pack, Leslie was a System Support Technician at Blackboard from September 2011 to May 2014.
Leslie Dunn has an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Shawnee Community College.
