Matthew Robards

Matthew Robards has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Matthew began their career in 1996 as an Enterprise Services Associate Account Manager at Sun Microsystems. Matthew then moved to Microsoft in 1999, where they held a variety of roles including Enterprise Account Manager, Licensing Specialist/Manager, Partner Account Manager, and National Education Account Manager. In 2008, they joined XLPrint as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the US and Managing Director for APAC. During this time, they established and built channels in emerging markets, developed key business processes to support a growing sales/business model, and signed strategic agreements with three of the largest print vendors in the world. In 2015, they were appointed CEO of XLPrint, and in 2022 they were appointed Group CEO of Paris Deliver. At Paris Deliver, they are responsible for the future of outsourced document delivery.

Matthew Robards completed their high school education at Nowra High School in 1993, where they achieved their HSC. Matthew then attended Southern Cross University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Coastal Management in 2006.
