Dawid Badaczewski

Dawid Badaczewski has a strong background in design engineering, with experience in various companies and roles. Dawid is currently employed at XL Specialized Trailers as a Design Engineer, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at LANE Trailer Manufacturing Company as a Design Engineer from 2021 to 2022.

From 2013 to 2019, Dawid worked at Willson & Brown as a Design Engineer - Technologist, where they were responsible for creating CNC programs, preparing designs and drawings, and handling basic production processes. Before that, they worked at the Laboratory of surface engineering, MUT as a Laser technology operator in 2012, operating lasers and teaching coworkers laser software.

In 2011, Dawid worked at "MECHATRONIK" ARTUR GROCHOWSKI as a Solid Edge Designer. Their achievements in this role include inventing construction, creating conceptual sketches, and designing a Solid Edge 3D model of a pad printing machine, earning him the prestigious SolidWorks "You Can Design" award.

Dawid Badaczewski's education history includes attending Des Moines Area Community College from 2019 to 2020, where they studied English as a Second Language at an advanced level. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they attended the Military University of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Mechatronics and Aviation. Dawid specialized in Computer-Aided Design in Mechatronics.

In addition to their formal education, Dawid has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they received a certification in well-practices in electrical assembly from DEKRA Industrial. In 2016, they obtained a certification in project management from Certes Sp. z o.o. In 2014, they obtained a certification in the evaluation of conformity of products with the essential requirements of the New and Global Approach Regulations and Directives, with a focus on CE marking and other requirements, also from DEKRA Industrial. Dawid also holds certifications in AutoCAD, including AutoCAD 2010 Essentials and AutoCAD 2010 Intermediate, obtained in 2009 from Autodesk.

Additionally, Dawid has completed the CliftonStrengths® assessment by Gallup, which identified their top strengths as Analytical, Significance, Learner, Command, and Focus.
