Stuart Sleper

Stuart Sleper has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Stuart currently holds the position of President & CEO at XL Specialized Trailers, a leading manufacturer of specialized trailers. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Armstrong Group of Companies, where they successfully reduced lead times and improved the order-to-cash cycle.

Before that, Stuart worked at Parker Hannifin as a Business Unit Manager, Global Integration Manager (M&A), and Division Supply Chain Manager, responsible for growing sales and managing the P&L of a multi-site business unit. Earlier in their career, Stuart held positions at Honeywell Aerospace, Kerr McGee Chemical, BORIDE Engineered Abrasives, General Motors, Marshall Brass, and Kellogg Company. These roles ranged from planning and sourcing to distribution center management and production supervision.

Stuart Sleper began their education at Michigan State University in 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. Stuart completed their undergraduate studies in 1996.
