Joe is responsible for overseeing all of XL Technologies research, development, and engineering groups. He has over 25 years of experience leading organizations to implement marketing and technology solutions in a variety of industries including Real Estate, Healthcare, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Software development.
For the past 17 years, Joe has helped real estate agents and brokers around the United States grow their businesses through the strategic application of marketing and technology software solutions. These solutions include the use of our own software as a service product eCampaignPro. eCampaignPro is the leading email marketing platform for the real estate industry. Under Joe's leadership eCampaignPro has been developed from an idea on a napkin to a full-featured email marketing platform supporting over 37,000 real estate professionals around the country.
Joe is an expert in email marketing for the real estate industry and oversees the operational aspects of eCampaignPro, including the delivery of hundreds of thousands of email campaigns to over 2 billion recipients. Joe also manages all of XL Technologies customer's digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linked-In, and Twitter.
Before joining XL Technologies, Joe helped organizations to develop IT strategies that aligned with their business goals and objectives. Before this he played a leadership role in Breakaway Solutions, a leading provider of e-commerce and Internet applications. Joe helped to grow their Boston based consulting organization from 20 to well over 200 consultants.
Prior to this, Joe worked with the technology consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, formerly Coopers & Lybrand. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers Joe implemented a variety of mission-critical technology systems for major businesses in the Boston area. Joe holds a B.S. in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
