Prior to this, Gavin served at Center Parcs UK & Ireland for over two decades, holding various leadership roles, including Operations Systems Manager, where oversight of systems and technology strategy for multiple operational divisions generated approximately £400 million in annual revenue. Key achievements during this tenure include the development of innovative digital solutions, implementation of new systems across food and beverage operations, and driving collaborative supplier relationships. Gavin's career also includes managerial roles at Rank Group and diverse experiences working abroad, alongside a strong educational background in accounting and finance from the University of Leeds.
