Ortal Kaminka Feniger is an accomplished Java Software Developer with extensive experience at XM Cyber since June 2022 and previously at Cyber Observer from August 2018 to July 2022. Prior to these roles, Ortal served as a C and C++ Language Teaching Assistant at Ruppin Academic Center from 2016 to November 2018 and provided technical support at Bezeq International from 2015 to 2016. Academic qualifications include a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Ruppin Academic Center (2014-2018) and a Practical Engineering certificate in Electronics and Computers from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (2010-2012).
