Hassene Affes

Hassene Affes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the hospitality and customer service industry. Hassene began their career as a Telephone Operator and Front Desk Agent at hotel de l'institut from January 2016 to April 2017. Hassene then worked as a Management Trainee at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates from May 2017 to December 2017. Following this, Hassene joined Ritz-Carlton Montreal as a Front Desk Receptionist in September 2019 and held the position until July 2021. In 2021, they worked as an Account Manager at XMA Solutions technologiques and currently holds the role of Crossfit Personal Trainer at CapOp Performance.

Hassene Affes earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec. This educational journey took place from 2016 to 2019.
