Jacky Zhang

Jacky Zhang is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in software testing and team leadership. Currently serving as a Staff QA Engineer and Offshore QA Team Lead at xMatters, an Everbridge Company since May 2021, Jacky has also held various positions at xMatters, inc since April 2011, including Senior QA Analyst and QA Engineer/Offshore QA Team Lead. Prior experience includes roles as a QA Analyst at GenoLogics Life Sciences Software Inc. from January 2008 to April 2011, and as a QA Analyst at flock from 2006 to 2008, as well as a QA position at Mercurial Communications from April 2005 to September 2006. Jacky holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree with a focus on Computer Software Engineering from Carleton University, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
