Karen Fan

Karen Fan is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as both Overseas Sales Manager and Marketing Communications Manager at XMC since April 2013. In these roles, Karen has been responsible for developing annual marketing communication plans and budgets aligned with company strategy, creating tactical plans that resonate with target markets, and selecting effective channels for communication. Prior to XMC, Karen worked in public relations at Wuhan Xinxin Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp. and as an administrative assistant at Yangtze Optical Fibre And Cable Joint Stock Limited Company. Karen holds a Master of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Cardiff University, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
