Paul Lippe has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Paul is currently the founder and CEO of xMentium since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Better, Faster Deals/Elevate Services from July 2006 to May 2019, where they focused on improving legal execution and metrics, particularly for divestitures and M&A, through the use of modern web tools and methods. Paul also served as the CEO of Stanford SKOLAR, a Stanford-sponsored e-learning company, from January 2000 to June 2002. In addition, they were the General Counsel and SVP of Business Development & Corporate Marketing at Synopsys from 1992 to 1999, where they built an innovative legal department and managed business development and corporate marketing. Before that, they served as General Counsel at Solbourne Computer from 1988 to 1992 and as an Associate at DG&S from 1984 to 1988. Paul also held staff positions at Gary Hart and Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan earlier in their career.
Paul Lippe attended Trinity School from 1970 to 1976, where they did not receive a degree or have a specific field of study. Paul then proceeded to Yale University from 1976 to 1980, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies. Following that, they enrolled at Harvard Law School from 1981 to 1984 and obtained a Juris Doctor degree with a specialization in Law.
