Eviatar Kuhnreich

Eviatar Kuhnreich is a clinical fellow specializing in Advanced GI Minimally Invasive Surgery, Bariatrics, and Invasive Endoscopy at the University Health Network since September 2024. Eviatar serves as a medical advisor and clinical lead at Xmetix Ltd., focusing on a wearable emergency care device designed to control massive bleeding. Eviatar has extensive experience as a medicine doctor and surgeon at Bnai Zion Medical Center since May 2018, and previously worked as an anatomy lecturer at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from March 2020 to April 2023. In addition, Eviatar participated as a medical doctor in the Biodesign Israel program, emphasizing healthcare technology innovation. Eviatar's military service includes a role as first lieutenant in the Israel Defense Forces from 2003 to 2009. Eviatar holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Bar-Ilan University and Università degli Studi di Genova.
