Ciaran Woodward

Ciaran Woodward is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer currently working at XMOS since November 2021, focusing on developing tools for XMOS technology. Prior to this role, Ciaran served as the Chair of the Low Power Working Group at the Thread Group from November 2018 to December 2021 and held positions at Cascoda from June 2016 to November 2021, including Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, where significant contributions included the development and certification of the CA8211 as a Thread Certified Component. Ciaran also has experience as a part-time Software Engineer during studies at the University of Southampton and completed a Software Engineering Internship which involved porting the open source Thread stack. Ciaran holds a Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering with Mobile and Secure Systems from the University of Southampton and GCE and GCSE qualifications from St John's School Leatherhead.
