Jason Sjare Cebs

Jason Sjare is the Vice President of Underwriting at XN Worldwide Insurance and the Founder of SimbiO Analytics. With a background in international underwriting and employee benefit analysis, Jason has expertise in negotiation, renewal offerings, and multi-employer group rating engines. Previously, Jason worked at MSH INTERNATIONAL and Sun Life Financial in various underwriting roles. Jason also holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Calgary.
