Matthew Wagner

Matthew Wagner is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of Technical Support at Xobee Networks since October 2023. Previously, Matthew has been with BCT Consulting, Inc. since June 2016, where roles have included System Administrator and Senior System Administrator, with responsibilities encompassing the upkeep, configuration, and management of client servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure both onsite and remotely. Additionally, as a Small Business Support Intern, Matthew gained insights into client needs and project proposal creation, as well as familiarity with BCT’s business practices and software platforms. Matthew holds a degree from California State University, Fresno, obtained between 2012 and 2017.
