Amrit Acharya

Amrit Acharya started their work experience in 2012 as the Head of Data Research at SRM Search Engine. During their time there, they managed the entire team, led PR initiatives, conducted recruitments, and collected and clustered indexed webpages.

In 2015, they joined Fidelity Investments as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2016.

In the same year, Acharya founded Xobin, an online talent assessment platform. As the founder, they implemented automation, AI, and psychology to assist organizations in making better and smarter hiring decisions. Xobin has collaborated with over 500 growth-stage startups and enterprises during the past four years.

Amrit Acharya completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from SRM University, from the year 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their High School education with a focus on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and Computer Science.
