Adam Harding

Adam Harding has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Adam currently works at XOCEAN as a Project Manager since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Gardline Limited for eight years, starting as an Assistant Project Manager from April 2013 to October 2014, then progressing to Project Manager from October 2014 to August 2018, and finally as Senior Project Manager from August 2018 to June 2021. Before joining Gardline Limited, Adam worked at GeoConsult Pty Ltd as an Exploration Coal Geologist from May 2010 to November 2011, and then as a Supervising Exploration Coal Geologist from November 2011 to September 2012. Adam began their career at Lankelma Ltd as a Project Engineer from June 2008 to April 2010.

Adam Harding earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Brighton, which they attended from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in APM PMQ from APM, as well as Introduction to Project Management and Negotiation Skills from Open Skies Management Ltd.
