Pato Bichara

Pato Bichara is a seasoned leader in business and technology education, currently serving as CEO of Collective Academy since June 2015, where the focus is on developing training programs for business leaders in Latin America. In addition to the role at Collective Academy, Pato is a Board Member at Ambrosía, a Partner at Xochi Ventures, and a member of the Consortium for Learning Innovation at McKinsey & Company. Previous positions include VP of Operations/Product at Polymath Ventures, Senior Investment Analyst at IGNIA Partners LLC, and Co-Founder & Chairman of Impacta, among others. Pato's academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School, an Organizational Leadership degree from altMBA, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
