Caleb Muller

Caleb Muller serves as the Director of Customer Success at XOi, where responsibilities include leading a high-performing SMB team to enhance tech-touch strategies and drive customer retention in the field services sector. Previously, at Illuma Search Partners, Caleb held the title of Partner, leveraging a network of C-suite executives for talent acquisition in growth-stage tech firms. Earlier experience at InContext Solutions involved roles as Director of Customer Success & Operations and International Director of Customer Success, where significant improvements in sales and customer engagement occurred. A strong foundation in marketing research was established through roles at Nationwide Insurance and Nationwide Financial, supplemented by early marketing internships. Caleb holds an MBA in Marketing from The Ohio State University and dual undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
