Carley Derrick

Carley Derrick has been working in the field of education since 2010. Carley began their career as a Classroom Teacher in the San Diego Unified School District. In 2013, they joined Williamson County Schools as an Instructional Coach, Instructional Differentiation Coach / Gifted Education, and Team Lead. From 2019 to 2022, they were an Assistant Principal at Rutherford County Schools in Tennessee, where they built strong relationships, optimized outcomes, and facilitated professional development programs. Carley then joined XOi Technologies and PerformYard as a Customer Success Manager.

Carley Derrick has a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lipscomb University, which they obtained in 2018. Carley also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from San Diego State University, which they obtained in 2009. Carley has three additional certifications: a Tennessee Teaching License from the Tennessee Department of Education, which they obtained in 2014; an ILL-B Administrator certification from the Tennessee Department of Education, which they obtained in 2018; and a TEAM Teacher Evaluator Certification from the Tennessee Department of Education.
