Chad McClary

Chad McClary has over 19 years of work experience. Chad began their career in 2002 as an Electrician at Fuller Electric. In 2005, they became a Manager at Life Time Fitness. In 2006, they took on a Welder role at Deepwater Corrosion Services, Inc., where they were responsible for arc and MIG welding, plasma cutting, painting, and fitting all pieces together to be welded. From 2008 to 2022, they worked at McMillan James Equipment Company, first as a VRF Service Manager, then as a Project Manager, and finally as an HVAC Mechanical Tech. In this role, they were factory certified in Dectron, ClimateMaster, Grundfos, Paco pumps, Marley cooling towers, Lakos filtration systems, Canatal, Smart chillers, Square D VFD's, Danfoss VFD's, Eaton VFD's, Aircuity, Munters, Phoenix controls and Samsung VRF, and was a DSG for Mitsibishi VRF and Niagara AX certified. Currently, they are a Sales Engineer at XOi Technologies.

Chad McClary attended Texas State Technical College Waco from 2006 to 2008 and earned an Associate's degree in hvac.
