Melissa Southern

Melissa Southern is a seasoned professional in product operations and management, currently serving as a Senior Product Operations Manager at XOi since July 2025. Previously, Melissa held similar roles at WEX and directed operations and product management at Punchlist, where key initiatives included feature development and customer support enhancements. With a strong background in product strategy from positions at Viget and REQ, Melissa has led various projects across different sectors, focusing on optimizing processes and enhancing user experiences. An alumna of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Melissa holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.
