Erika Roybal, MBA

Erika Roybal, MBA, has a diverse work experience across various industries. Erika began their career as an Assistant Marketing Coordinator at Orangetheory Fitness in 2016. Erika then worked as a Sales Associate at the same company from June 2017 to October 2017.

In 2015, Erika joined the Nebraska Business Development Center as a Graduate Assistant for Business Development. Erika worked in this role for almost two years, until May 2017.

Erika then transitioned to Addison Group, where they served as a Business Development Manager from November 2017 to February 2018.

Currently, Erika is at Xola, where they started as a Business Development professional in February 2018. Erika later took on the role of Marketing Manager - Demand Generation in January 2019.

Erika Roybal, MBA, completed their education at Chadron State College. Erika earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from 2011 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Small Business Administration/Management from 2015 to 2017.
