Evelyn Nigul

Evelyn Nigul has a wealth of experience in finance and accounting. Evelyn began their career in 2008 as Chief Accountant at BPS Partner OÜ, where they were responsible for accounts payable and receivable preparations of monthly invoices, data entry, organizing payment runs, bank reconciliations, and project calculations. In 2012, they moved to Office Services OÜ as a Secretary-Accountant Assistant. In 2016, they joined Financial Services OÜ as an Assistant. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Malwarebytes as a People Coordinator and Accounts Payable Specialist. In their role as People Coordinator, they assisted foreign specialists to apply for residence permits, D-visas, ID-cards and advised with accommodation, family doctor, etc. Evelyn also prepared and handled the administration of various documentation and employment contracts and performed employee on-boarding process and other HR related duties. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, they were responsible for accounts payable preparations of monthly invoices, data entry, organizing payment runs, and bank reconciliations. Evelyn also performed account reconciliations and analyses, and prepared journal entries. In 2019, they joined Xolo as a Finance Officer.

Evelyn Nigul completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology between 2008 and 2010.
