Al Dadson

Al Dadson is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals industry, currently serving as the Chief Manufacturing Officer at Agenus Bio since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing Global Biologics Manufacturing. Additionally, Al Dadson has held the role of Vice President of Antibody Manufacturing Operations and Site Head, managing the Agenus West, LLC site and facilitating antibody process development and early phase cGMP manufacturing. Concurrently, Al Dadson has been the Head of Global Biologics Operations at Agenus since January 2019. Previously, Al Dadson spent over two decades at XOMA (US) LLC, initially as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and Facilities Engineering, and later as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, focusing on manufacturing operations and process sciences. Al Dadson's earlier career at Bayer spanned significant roles such as Senior Staff Scientist, responsible for clinical development of biotechnology products and management of clinical manufacturing operations.
